Well,  i am new to pku.com and am not sure of how to use the site....but since ive created my profile i have had a beautiful daughter who does not have PKU (unlike her mother :)...) She is now 5 months old and growing fast. We have recently moved into a new house and in between unpacking and caring for Ava I'm finding keeping my levels as low as they were when i was pregnant. Its grab a bite here or there.....and i am guilty of not always drinking my milk. Ugh! Any ideas or advice on how to get back into the groove of things? Any advice would help :)
