Ok, this may be a weird question, but...

I rarely get bitten by mosquitoes, and when I do, I have little to no reaction.

I've often wondered if that is related to PKU.

I know I've read that mosquitoes are drawn to the carbon dioxide we exhale, so it seems likely that PKU is not a factor, but just curious whether anyone else has this experience?

The mosquitoes equally love my blood and my son's blood.  He had a giant welt on his face for almost a week.  It looked like a third eye.  According to my observations, there is no difference.  I did wonder about this when we were being munched on.  It is funny what we think about. 

I agree with lou75r LOL! Mosquitoes give me just as much attention as they give my siblings who do not have PKU ;).
