rjharr, having two siezures in 1 day was very scary and it landed me a 3 day stay in the hospital. The doctors could not really diagnose a cause. It was not until a few years ago that I truly determined that what I was eating at that time was the cause of my siezures. At the time, I was in junior high school (8th grade) and I would eat higher protein foods like potatoes 3 times a day, regular pasta and regular breads every day. My guess is that after doing that to my body for so long, it finally reacted to it. Nowadays, I have incorporated more low protein food items and I only eat try to eat low protein bread items as much as possible. I have also incorporated a larger amount of fruits and vegetables in my diet and over about 1 week, I started to notice a difference in my health and my personality.
