Brea is right. You need to talk to your doctor or dietician, as they need to be involved in letting you know what the best level of phe is for you. We could all tell you how much we eat, but everyone with PKU is different. Even those with the same mutations can respond differently to different phe levels. For instance, my dietician wants me on 30g of protein a day, I’m not sure how much phe that is, as I always have calculated in grams of protein, but I know it’s more than most can tolerate.
