I agree definitely break up your formula more. It helped me a ton. I actually even brought it in a thermos to classes! There are also pills now that you can take (Phlexy-10 tablets) that decreases the amount of formula you need to take because they do the same thing. My levels have been a lot betetr since I have been on them. I take 35 a day (15 when i wake up 20 at lunch)and that allows me to take 1/2 the amount of formula I need (obviously it depends on how much protein you can eat, I am allowed 15ex or 5g pro or 225mg phe)That helped a lot at school. I took those in class too, got some funny looks but i dont care.
Also believe it or not, working out helps keep your levels down because it helps absorb the protein you eat.
