Kerrie, nWell first if you look on your formula can, our formula usually tends to have a good amount of calories. Which would explain why formula fills you up with how many calories are in it. nSecondly, have you tried to get low protein foods from companies like dietary specialities, cambrooke, maddy’s, PKU perspective etc? Once again, I think low pro foods usually have more calories then the ‘real stuff’ does. But sombody correct me if I’m wrong since I really don’t pay much attention to the calories.
I was just curious, when you say your phe was 11mg do you mean like you did a blood test and yor phe level was 11mg? I’m just curious because if that’s the cause then that is awesome for having just gotten back on diet. nBre
