The whole issue has been resolved, at least this time.
BioMarin was actually very good, sent me an emergency supply very quickly, and the pharmacy actually delivered earlier than the insurance co. had promised.
The real culprit in all this is the stupid red tape at the insurance co. I guess I'll just have to be sure to order early enough to give them time to go through all the bureaucracy before I need the refill. Stupid, IMO, that they have to do this every month.
