    I wouldn't think they would be a good option simply because of the word gummy.  Gummy normally means gelatin and gelatin contains animal parts, not sure which parts, but it does.

    The Flinstone's vitamins are not PHE free, but I am not sure about any others. I would call your dietician.

    To my knowledge gummy vitamins should be ok. Yes, they probably do contain gelatin, but I doubt there is enough to make it very high in phe. Most vitamins that do have phe in them are usually only 5 mg of phe. If you are still unsure call your dietitian or doctor.
