Just wondering about this….we just found out that we can get Liam's blood results by only filling in the center two circles on the blotter sheet.  My sister (who is a doctor) questioned why we had to get so much blood, and now the lab where we send the blood only requires the two circles. Our son is only a year, so we had some times where it was pretty difficult getting him to bleed, maybe it gets easier as he gets bigger? ? Anyway, this has made it much easier for him ( and us), and just thought I'd ask if anyone else does it this way, and why not?? Perhaps, it was just never questioned before???

We use two circles- the first two or last two ususally as that was how we were always instructed.
