My wife Cheryl and I would like to hear from someone who is familiar with use of the Breadman Pro TR875, Horizontal bread machine. We recently purchased the TR875 to replace our old verticle bread machine, but we are having limited sucess with it. More often than not, the bread hasn’t been turning out very well. We have tried both the basic and rapid baking cycles, but neither one seems to produce consistantly good loaves of bread. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
If you are making low protein bread try getting the cook book Apples to Zucchini by Virginia Schuett and Dorthy Corry. Flow the instruction EXACTLY. Measure water with a scale. Do exactly as they say. That may help. We use a bread machine but not one like yours.
