My daughter is almost 6 months old. Since she was tiny she had problems with bow movements, she would go as much as 5 days without any. She was miserable by like day 2 until she went. I am nursing so i started drinking prune juice and it did the trick. There is now a new juice called plum smart it is just as affective and MUCH better tasting. I also notice that when she has regular movements her levels don’t fluctuate as much. It makes sense because the phe was going in but not coming out do to her constipation. Anyways, it isn’t a cure or anything; but it helped. If you are having similar problems i would try it.
