My 5 year old has hyperphe and will begin Kindergarten in September. My husband is active duty military, and we just moved to S. Korea. I will be providing her daily lunches, but I need help with a menu list which has variety. It will be difficult to heat anything there. Is there somewhere I can find a prepared lunch guideline? We weren’t introduced to the formula until she was 2. We tried mixing it with everything imaginable to no avail, so that’s not on our list. Help!
Well using any low protein foods that your child likes is always a good bet. Low protein pasta, bread (i used to love it with miracle whip and lettuce), snacks are perfect for a lunch. Oh yea and make sure to include fruit! I can’t say specifically for you because I have CPKU which is a lot more restrictive bu hopefully my suggestions are a good start. nMeaghan nCPKU and in college
