    [/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR]Hello to everyone.I am Nesrin from Turkey.I am food engineer and I try to improve new foods for PKU children(but it isn’t for money, it is only for serving to public).I want to learn you if it is possible.I don’t want to use margarine for my products(for example cookies).I think it isn’t healty.When I used butter it increased protein of product.When I used olive oil or sunflower oil it had been as a stone so what could you advice me for replace to margarine.Thanks for your helping.Best wishes see you later
