    Hi there
    I am a mom withPKU and i have a healthy 10 yr old.(going on 30 LOL)
The main key is to be on diet before conception. nThe first 3 months of pregnancy are very important too the baby.
IE: 4 chambers of heart forming,Lungs, and Limbs, and mostly the brain.
Follow your diet to the tee.
If you need extra calories look toward Popsicles(They are free).
I will do a friend req. if you wanna talk.
Take care you can do it!
