I am hoping someone can help me out here.

We have received the PKU Perspective eggs. (Well, its a bag of powder) I was delighted to see it turned scrambled egg color when I mixed it all up, but when I cooked it, I had no success.

I tried to scramble it for my son, in the way I would do a traditional egg for me. It seemed more like glue. :(

I was successful when I made it more like a pancake, however, I am not sure if that's what I am supposed to do. The website makes it look all scrambled the way traditional eggs do, but I can't seem to get it right.

Anyone have any suggestions, or tips to what I may be doing wrong. Greatfully appreciative for any help. He is too little to know the difference now, as its just a way of increasing his intake, without his phe., but soon he will think I'm nuts!! haha.

On the brighter side, my non pku kid sampled and loved the egg pancake :)

(Yes, you may notice, I feel a little sheepish, because, I realized as I made his egg pancake this morning, it wasn't cambrooke foods, it was PKU Perspectives. Sorry for the confusion)
