There are a lot of foods out there now that make the diet easier. I think there are also more than 90 formulas! You have a good shot at working on the diet. Keep it up!

Hi im glenn I have had recent decline in sensory function and my head feels weird ive been off for 5-6 years and eyes are weird to they say I have deminlanization in brain small but is there please can anyone help is this reversible
