I have been reading through some blogs and I see that some of you struggle with axiety and panick attacks. I had never had one util just a few months ago. I have always eaten low phe foods but I have been neglecting being more strict with my diet by writing what i eat and calculating it. I had my first panick attack and I started getting strict a few months went by I sent my level in and it was at a perfect 3. I then a few weeks later had another panick attack. After 4 I decided to call my dr. It is getting very frustrating. I have been trying to drink chamomile tea to calm my nerves because it effects the same brain recepters as valume does, but my nerves still have been crazy. I have been trying to get to the bottom of it because I don't want to start taking medication for it and be dependant on it. Can anyone please tell me if they have any advice? And i'm also wondering why i'm just now getting these attacks when i have never gotten them before. Anything will help me out. Thanks.
