Well, the long weekend is over, and I think I did rather well considering I decided to start this on a whim. I probably took in a little more protein Sat Sun and Mon, than I would have liked to, but I'm still very much on track. We went for Chinese last night.. It was difficult, but they did have a Mongolial BBQ grill. I just stuck with the veggies. I may have ate more than I wanted to, but high protein was avoided. On average I think I should be doing about 8-10 grams of protein a day. I went as high as 14 over the weekend though. Not too bad! A far cry from the "I don't care what I'm eating" diet only 8-10 days ago. Sat night was a salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays. no problems there. I think, knowing that I have committed myself to "reporting my status" here, it helps to keep me on track. Feeling much "Clearer" right now. I will know better by Thurs, just how much better.
