So I have been back on diet for 2 weeks now and no slip ups yet! Even this weekend when I hung out with all my friends to watch the fights they ordered pizza I just got a salad and bread sticks but the pizza did look really good but I didnt have any of it. My boyfriend is being great about getting me what I need to eat and understanding I need support with this. Also I have been back on my formula now for 4 days yeah! I hope I can keep this up...I am going to make an appt to see my Dr. soon to get my levels read.
