I'm new to this. And am getting a little bit confused. My name is Malany, I'm 19 years old and I live in New Zealand, I've recently been having a bit of trouble staying on diet. I left home a year ago to go to university and have been having a few problems with keeping with the diet. My dietitions say I am doing quite well but my levels have gone up alot compared to what they used to be. The only problem with all this and trying to discus it is that it seems you guys count your protien differently to what we do here in New Zealand, for example, we don't count fruits and veges, apart from bananas, potato, peas, beans and corn. It's considered so small an amount of protien that we don't bother with them. Also we go by grams of protien per day. I'm allowed 6 grams of protien per day, but i have no idea how much this would be to you guys. And I think (emphasis on think) we measure our bloodtests by microlitres, I would normally say that my blood levels are approx 700. If someone understands all this and is able to explain the methods you guys use It would be very much appreciated
