I was wondering if anyone else has had or noticed their PHE level goes up when eating less cause lately I have been eating pretty much a snack and dinner without other meals and recently did a blood poke and was not in the recommended range let me know what you think Chris

It could be that you aren’t getting enough phe. If this happens your body could turn to other sources such muscle and stored fat for necessary nutrients. Muscle is pure protein, so if your body is breaking this down to use as an energy source it would make sense that your levels increased. Did your dietitian have anything to say about the level?

There was not much concern expressed to me about the level just that maybe i need to think about it and that i can get it back down cause my levels aren’t normally high
