So, I was getting frustrated at what I was eating. I cant afford the low protein food all the time but when i do I ha ve to think of ways to stretch it out so it lasts a while. Anyway, I found some left over hot dog mix that I ordered from pkuperspectives.com. I diced some onion and tomato let it cook ( get slightly brown on onion then add hot dog mix and tomato) then cook to desired doneness and enjoy. SO GOOD ! It would have been better over some low pro pasta but i didnt have any so I ate as is. And for breakfast this morning I made a potato hash of sorts with the bacon grease from my husbands bacon and then adding the hot dog mix to it again. Even my 21 month old enjoys it lol. (You obviously have potato cubes and onion and green pepper if desired. ) Thought I would share my delicious recipies hope they made sense doing this in between cooking.
