Hi Guys! How are the holidays going for everyone so far? Mine are going good, but they have been so busy. I am finishing up school and a 6 month internship and there has been a lot of work tying up lose ends and making sure everything is all set. Unfortunately the past couple days it got to the point where there was so much on my plate, I kind of lost track of my diet. I am bummed but want to turn it around but i keep just getting a "salad bar" or "soup" and find myself adding pasta salad or creamy dressing or crackers or having a cookie after, and things are adding up. I just need a little oomph. Everyone around me on other kinds of diets are embracing the holidays and very conviencing when they talk about taking a break (not directed at me, but in the moment I subconsciously say YA! Why not me...) anyways, I am looking forward to high hopes and need to get back on track. Hopefully after THursday when I am done everything will settle down... i am also gearing up for the Kuvan trial in January, so that should be a whole new level of motivation. Anyways, not sure what i am asking if anything but... is anyone else finding the holidays tough this year? I think the timing with my ending school and this internship has just doubled up and made it extra difficult this year.
