New PKU cookbook

March 25, 2010 in Uncategorized

Hey everyone - I hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to share with you a new cookbook I recently received from Gina Valente. The book is called "Gina Cooks lo pro." Gina is a mother of a 9 year old with PKU. She has dedicated herself to finding low-pro recipes that are tasty, but most of all healthy! I've tasted her food on several different occasions. Gina cooks for several different BioMarin Patient events. I usually am not a huge fan of PKU food, however I always look forward to her food! If you are interested in purchasing her cookbook, her e-mail is The book is $21.95 and s/f per book is $4.95. If you need any further info, please feel free to e-mail me too at - Katie, 25, PKU
