Photo blood level tracking

I have had a few higher levels recently so I wanted to get more serious about tracking my levels. To do this, I decided to take a picture of everything I eat. Then, when I get my Phe level back, I look at the photos from 3 days prior to the level and can see what caused that level. What do you think? How do you track your blood levels? http://i.imgur.com/lTnkepE.jpgMy Phe Food Photo

That’s a super good idea. I also would like to know how you set that up. Is it an app in your phone or.. ??

I use the Evernote Food app for my iPhone. Every meal I take a photo of the food I am going to eat. Then, when I get the blood level back I stitch together the images manually (using photoshop) so I can see them all on one image. It is very helpful. I wish I could automate it so the images are put together automatically.
