Do you have any low protein foods in your house? I buy the baking mixes to keep in the house when I need something quick, and I think it comes out a little cheaper than buying the breads.

The Aproten pasta is really good, really low and very convenient. I have a recipe for Penne A la Vodka on http://www.cookforlove.org. It is delicious and quick to make — everyone will enjoy it.
