Well…I’m still in the trial period of Kuvan but I usually drink a glass of wine at night & it doesn’t seem to be a problem.

I have been on Kuvan for 2 years and have drank on it. As far as I know, there have been no side effects from drinking while on it. Any particular reason you asking?

I have been on Kuvan for like 5 months or more I think. I just had my 21st and so, of course I drank. I didn’t have any ill side effects (from the Kuvan at least) My advice: If you’re gonna party, drink the rest of your formula and Kuvan AFTER you have blown chunks, because that stuff tastes worse going up, then it does going down.

haha dont take this as stone bu Kuvan is BH4 which your body makes normally anyway.. so all Kuvan is doing is Multiplying the BH4 your body makes like 10 times over…. so i natural BH4… dont think alchole is a factor.. Please double check with your Doctor… Why is the PKU SEEV SO SLOOOWWWWWW gr SERVER!
