I launched a culinary low protein website over the summer called Cook for Love. My 9 year old daughter has CPKU & when she went to kindergarten I went to culinary school. There are step by step directions and video demos for delicious low protein foods that you and your friends will enjoy. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Amber, How many grams of protein are you allowed a day? I have some things I’ve been cooking for my husband. I’m still using all of the “regular” food because he just recently went back to his special diet. Do you like zucchini? I have several things I can share with you, depending on how much protein you can have a day.
