Reimbursement for LowProtein Foods

November 12, 2009 in Uncategorized

Hey there, my name is Christina. And recently I read that we are entitled to full reimbursement for our costly low-protein foods. I was wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction as to whom I should speak to reguarding this issue so that I could be reimbursed for my medical foods. I thank you in advance for any information you may have to offer! Thx so much! alt

Hey Christina! You should probably speak directly to your doctor or dietitian at your clinic about this. In the US some states cover food, some cover formula, some cover both, and unfortunately some states cover neither. Do you mind me asking you where you are from?
